The Sage Precision Brewer is our go-to brewer, we use them in the café for 1L batch brews every weekend. It’s the world’s first 1.7L drip coffee maker, with the precision needed to brew specialty filter coffee, automatically.

The unit features 6 brewing modes, allowing you to create a pot of coffee that matches your exact taste. Preset modes include Gold, Fast, Strong, Cold, Pour Over & My Brew. To fine tune your exact taste you can adjust bloom time, flow rate and the brewing temperature. Or take it a step further and brew your pour over using the dripper adapter (available separately) with your favourite pour over device.

The cone filter basket uses Filtropia Size 4 filter papers. You can purchase extra filter papers here.
